Before you order
- Priced per user, and the rate drops as seat count rises. Volume breaks apply automatically at each band in the matrix below — you do not need to ask for them.
- Continuity is included in Email Cloud, not an add-on. Ninety days of it. If you only need inbound filtering, Essentials Inbound Only is the cheaper starting point.
- Setup is charged once, not per user, and it is lower on an annual term. Both figures are shown per band below.
- Switching is an MX record change. Filtering runs in front of your existing mail platform, so mailboxes, addresses and mail clients stay exactly where they are.
- Phishing Protection and Encryption can be added to any plan and are priced per user in the calculator, so you can see the effect before you commit.

How the VIPRE plans differ
Essentials Inbound Only filters inbound spam and viruses, applies data leakage policies, and includes 14-day email replay with a 7-day spool. Essentials adds the same protection on outbound mail. Email Cloud builds on Essentials and adds 90 days of email continuity, so your users keep sending and receiving through an unplanned outage. Total Email Protection combines gateway filtering with API-native defence against phishing, business email compromise, and targeted attacks.
Phishing Protection (click-time URL protection) and Encryption (secure outbound delivery) can be added to any plan. Pick the seat block that covers your user count — pricing per user drops as the block size rises.
